Pre / Postnatal Testimonials
Erin’s postnatal testimony
Before I was pregnant I regularly went running and did light weightlifting for my lower body. During pregnancy Corry introduced me to "weight lifting" for the whole body. I did more weight training during pregnancy than before (just at low impact). I stayed active my whole pregnancy, yet I gained almost 70 pounds...probably due to the root beer in one hand and an ice cream in the other, as soon as I left the gym! I just kept telling myself, “I’m pregnant so I’ll eat what I want and lose it after the baby”.

Mary's Story
I had my first baby in July 2005 and I wanted to get my body back. My husband was overseas for OIF and would be returning home early January 2006 so I wanted to look good for him when he returned. Not only did I want to look good for him but most importantly for myself. I wanted to look and feel good and boost my confidence and self-esteem.

Iesha Wade's Story...My Experience
"Training with Corry Matthews has been a positive life changing experience. I became pregnant with twins in November of 2004. Before becoming pregnant I was a very active person running 5 times a week and I stayed in the gym. My life was very hectic; I was an Army Captain in the Military Police Corps stationed at Fort Hood, Texas. My pregnancy seemed very long and I did not exercise throughout my pregnancy due to my high-risk status. I spent a month on bed rest in the High Risk Pregnancy Unit and later delivered my twins by cesarean section on June 29, 2005.

Margaret Livesay's Story...
"Training with Corry Matthews has been a real eye-opener. Seven months ago, I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy, baby boy. Prior to his birth, I had been working on my MBA. I had no time to eat, and exercising was just not an option. I had always been active in sports. In both high school and college, I played soccer year round.

Jensy's Story...
"I met Corry Matthews in April of 2006. As an avid reader of Oxygen Magazine, I consider myself a student of fitness and a future figure competitor. I happened to notice a pretty fitness competitor in the Competition section of the magazine who looked familiar. It occurred to me she was a trainer at the Gold’s Gym where I train.
